The CNAF range of gaskets are highly proven non‑asbestos, rubber‑bonded sheet materials, manufactured from compressed aramid fibres combined with a variety of reinforcing fibres to offer a range of performance characteristics. They feature excellent resistance to solvents, refrigerants, water and steam.
James Walker's Supagraf comprises chemically expanded flake graphite that is calendared into sheets of controlled thickness. It is made without fillers or elastomeric content. They combine excellent chemical resistance with an exceptionally wide temperature range and provide extra strength for ease of handling and fitting.
Fluolion-modified PTFE gasket materials provide outstanding chemical resistance for duties where hygiene and non-contamination are essential. Non-corrosive, non-wetting, non-contaminating and odourless, Fluolion gasket sheet material is compliant with EU and US FDA regulations for food and pharmaceuticals as well as being validated for use in hydrogen service.
Nebar is a range of rubber‑bonded cork gasket materials designed for sealing flat flanges against fluid leakage. Extensively used in the automotive, engineering and electrical industries, they have excellent resistance to alcohols, fuel and diesel oils as well as hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils. The Premium edition, Nebar Yellow, was developed to meet Ministry of Defence specifications.
