LATTY Gasket Sheet Materials

LATTY gasket sheet materials are made from synthetic fibres bonded with various rubber elastomers. The product range is manufactured to cover a range of factors including high-pressure steam, aggressive chemical agents and extreme temperatures. These abilities make LATTY gasket materials an ideal choice across many applications within the chemical, petrochemical and power production industries.

LATTYgold

LATTYgold

The LATTYgold range are versatile aramid-based materials, with metal reinforcements. They make an ideal general-purpose material for many applications involving all types of fluids. The range also features LATTYgold 5 ACID material for highly-corrosive fluids.

LATTYgold

LATTYcarb

LATTYcarb

The LATTYcarb range are materials made from a carbon aramid composition with an anti-adhesive treatment on both faces. It is a high-performance material which meets most fluid-based applications including high-pressure, steam and hydrocarbons, but not highly-corrosive fluids.

LATTYflon

LATTYflon

The LATTYflon range is composed from PTFE and provides high sealing performance with difficult applications. Thanks to its high degree of flexibility, strength and longevity, it is ideal for sealing damaged flanges. It is not to be used on fluorine-containing gases or molten alkali metals.

LATTYflon

LATTYgraf

LATTYgraf

The LATTYgraf range are materials composed of high-purity expanded graphite bonded over stainless steel inserts. Their excellent chemical, thermal and creep resistance makes them ideal for high-temperature and high-pressure applications.
