Planichem Gasket Sheet Materials

Planichem gasket sheet materials are crucial components in sealing solutions, providing superior performance and reliability in industrial settings where leak prevention and environmental protection are paramount. Dobsons are the sole UK distributor of Planichem gasket sheet materials.

These asbestos-free sheets are typically composed of synthetic or elastomeric compounds, reinforced with various fillers and fibres, and manufactured using advanced techniques to achieve specific properties.

Sichem

Sichem

The Sichem product range combines excellent chemical resistance with a wide temperature range from cryogenic to 260° C. It is optimised for applications with irregular sealing surfaces or compromised load capacity. Sichem is the choice when seal integrity is vital to achieve minimum leakage due to its close-cell structure.

Flexigraf & Unigraf

Flexigraf & Unigraf

Flexigraf is a range of products based on graphite laminate reinforced with stainless steel, among other materials. It is highly resistant to chemicals, temperatures up to 700° C and pressures of 200 bar. Unigraf is a graphite-based material that is very easy to process and cut, offering high chemical resistance, temperatures up to 650° C and pressures of 120 bar.

FLEXIGRAF & UNIGRAF

Mica

Mica

The Mica family are materials designed to withstand extremely high temperatures. Available as sheets and spiral wounds, they can be used in all critical applications where resistance, durability and reliability are required at temperatures up to 1000° C.
