We recently invested in a Boxford 2kW fibre metal laser cutting machine, which is helping reduce production times for a range of large volume metal gaskets. The new laser machine is ideal for the precision production of gaskets from mild, stainless and galvanised steel, along with aluminium, brass, copper and other metal sheet materials.
Kiss cutting is a die-cutting manufacturing process that produces gaskets on rolls of adhesive liner making them easier to install, particularly in large volumes, such as on a production line.
The new machine built by Italian manufacturer Guidolin enables us to undertake large scale precision production runs using a wide range of rubber materials such as natural, EDPM, neoprene and silicone, along with a selection of sponge and foam sheet materials.

The new industry trade group Keighley-Made has been launched with the aim of improving communication and collaboration between local businesses. We were asked to become a member of the new group and are delighted to get involved with an organisation that promotes the long-established manufacturing sector in Keighley.
